email from SCOT queue

Hi,

On my R3 dev system, we have done ABAP development wherein an email is sent from SAP to the users company email id.

The problem is that the application generates an email which goes into the queue in SCOT, however it does not move out automatically from the queue. If however it is done manually, then the mails get delivered to the end users mailbox....

Is there any activity that I need to configure, for this task to be carried out.

Make sure SAPCONNECT is running , else schedule to run report RSCONN01 like every 5 mins

SCOT --> click on Job icon ( Shift + <F7> ) , if you see a job there check the Period , it will show how often this job is executed. If you dont see any job there click on create button to there to Schedule the job. Other way of checking is SM37 --> enter RSCONN01 against ABAP program name , user * , jobname * ; if scheduled it will show the job
