what connnectivity is available from your lotus notes apps?
- web service? rfc? http call? etc..

I am not quite sure as I am sap technical consultant, but how do you think that is going to help us in this regard. Lotus domino might be providing http service, how can I make use of it for this kind of requirement where I need to process my sap work item from any kind of inbox(like lotus notes,outlook).
