Issue with deployment of DB2 Drivers for XI3

I am trying to deploy the DB2 drivers into our SAP XI system.

I preapred the sda file fromt eh exisitng one and added the DB2 jars.

When I try to deploy using sdm, I get this error at the very first step of loading the sda file itself:

found in the SDA C:\aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda is either missing or incomplete!

Manifest attributes are missing or have badly formatted value:

attribute keylocation is missing

attribute keyname is missing

attribute keyvendor is missing

attribute keycounter is missing

can you share the xml structure which you have entered in your provider.xml.
