after Upgrading the SOLMAN system to SPS12 the SAP Early WatchAlert generation to word fail. We use MS Word 2002 SP3!

EarlyWatch Alert Report, EarlyWatch Alert Report with Graphics, all Service Level Reportings -

No report can generate to a word report!

the following Error message appears:

Information:

Document generation failed

<p>

After confirming the information poopup, this Error message appears:

<p>

<p><b>Error: Exception occurred (program: , include: , line: 0)., Program CL_DSMOP_HTML_SERVICE_OPEN====CP, Include CL_DSMOP_HTML_SERVICE_OPEN====CM00N, Row 103 </b></p>

With SPS10 all generations were successfully!<p>

Has anybody an idea?

Hello,

This is a known problem in the meantime!!!

We use MS Word 2002 SP3! This Version ist too old! The Templates which the Solman want to use are now in MS Word 2003 (minimum)!

The solution is to upgrade MS Word!!!

Did you solve this problem - we have the same error on SP12; patching the GUI to the latest patch did not work either.

Try to patch your GUI to latest .. sometimes it will help
