Does anyone know which internet security option is involved when the catalog does not return to the shopping cart and displays a BLANK page?

we have the same problem. A blank page at catalog return appears for one company. For all other companies it works corectly. You wrote, it was the citrix problem. How did you solve it please?

This happens only for one company that's why i thought of internet explorer settings on their side.

Hi Laurent,

As it only happens in one company, have you compared the internet security settings for IE or whichever browser is being used? i.e. is the webserver your catalog sits on added to the trusted sites etc ??? Try this type of combination to access the catalog.
