Material replication

Hi Experts

I have a problem with material replication from Back-end (ECC 6.0) to my SRM 5.5

I made successfully all steps from Blog "How to replicate material master from R/3 to SRM" until MATERIAL replication when i received error:

<i> Category for product hierarchy 000010000100000001 does not exist

Message no. COM_PRODUCT_API003

Diagnosis

If the product hierarchy (sales) is used in the SAP system the product

hierarchy must exist as a hierarchy in CRM before you import materials.

When the Customizing object DNL_CUST_PROD1 is imported, the product

hierarchy is imported automatically and created as the hierarchy

R3PRODHIER.

Procedure

Check whether the product hierarchy has been imported successfully and

whether the categories of the hierarchy exist.</i>

I checked and all categories from backend are SRM Hierarchy R3MATCLASS.

Could any one help me to solve it??

Hi Marcin,

Check the tables CRMRFCPAR & CRMPAROLTP whether the settings for material were maintained or not.

Please maintain the settings before doing any upload of master data.

Let me know after maintaining the settings.

I go one more step by step through Marcin's guide and now I have replicated materials.

I think that problem was in table CRMSUBTAB.

However thanks for you reply.
