first implementation

Friends after being on the bench for 6 months(and regularly posting on Sdn)... i have been assigned to my first project (for a manufacturing company).........I would like the steps that i should be following during the entire process... for ex start with as is ............go live.......

any documents /information provided will be appreciated/rewarded....if u have loads of information pls forward them to

Alll the best, you can not get the total documentaion.. and also it depned on the compnay how the process is.. talk to your compnay seniors and take some tips how they do in previous projects..
