Reapair Users

Hello All,

Can anyone help, here, I need to know how to repair a user from users_gen?

I have tried Level 2 in BBP_CHECK_USERS but get msg user has open shopping carts.

what can be done..

Hi,

You should write a Report, which will replace the Partner Numbers of the Business Partner of the repaired User in the Table CRMD_PARTNER with the number of Temporal BP... Then you can repair your User. And then replace the entries in the CRMD_PARTNER back.

Hi,

there is one durty solution. In TA <b>BBP_PD</b> you can see the GUID of Business Partner of this user.

<b>Group:</b> Partner

<b>Partner Roles</b> (usually): Requester and Goods Recipient

You must first change this GUIDs for opened SC (Anyway, you like) i.e. to hang this SC to another User...

Then you can repair this User and hang the SCs back.
