Hello All.
Some how I am not able to save the redlining I do for JT in a DIR, when the DIR status is 'C' or 'S', when JT has lock symbol on through ECL/EAI viewer. Same problem I am facing with STL format also
But I dont have any problem whatsoever for PDF or other 2d formats, even when the DIR is in 'C' or 'S' status and lock symbol on. No problem saving redlining.
Why is it happening and how can I correct it.
Thanks a lot.
Sachin

Hello Niranjan,
Best Festival Greetings to you and everyone in family. Yes I will send you the snapshotS, but the question is basically to be able to save the redlining on JT and STL formats, when the DIR status is either 'C' or 'S'. Gives an error. But does not have any problem saving the redlining on 2d formats like PDF or JPG even with 'C' or 'S' status on DIR.
I was also wondering if it has do something with latest and greatest version of EAI/ECL viewer.
Thx,
Sachin

Hey Sachin,
Saw my mail?
Goto DC30
Select JT
remoev content version check box
JT gets generated at DIR level for the part so u dont hv to check the box of Content version
If u still facing problem
send me sceen of DC10 for doc type SEP
else
in DC10 check for doc type sep / sea for said statusses if u have checked the content version tab?
