issue transferring line items to sourcing cockpit.

Hi Gurus,

I've this strange issue. I'm using SRM 5.0 version. When I create a shopping cart and order it. After all the necessary approvals it needs to go to sourcing cockpit. when I check the sourcing cockpit for the shopping cart after all the approvals are done. I see only the LAST ITEM of the shopping cart is found in sourcing cockpit. All the other line items doesn't exist. I has nothing to do with categories etc bcos i've created 5 line items all of same categories with different descriptions..and found that only the last item is found in sourcing cockpit.

does anyone faced similar kind of problem. Please let me know, if there exists any OSS note for this..

Hi,

Maybe Your category of purchased product don't have 'carry out sourcing' in SPRO -> SRM Server -> Sourcing -> Define Interactive Sourcing for Product Categories for backend/srm logical system...Check again.

Also during approval,have you made any changes to the SC?

Else you will have to debug as to why the SOurcing indicator is not being set for the other line items in the SC.
