Function Modules Not Released R3 System Message?

We just transported these function modules into this system for this Web Processing. However, I keep getting the below message that the Function Modules are not released? It says that WWW_GET_REPORT and WWW(?) must have been released....Anybody point me in the right direction.

Function module Z5_W00_PROCESS_ORDER_CHG_SCRN is not released for the Internet

Diagnosis

You have tried to start the function module Z5_W00_PROCESS_ORDER_CH Internet/Intranet. This is not possible because the function module Z5_W00_PROCESS_ORDER_CHG_SCRN has not yet been released.

Procedure

For security reasons, you cannot start function modules in the Inte released. The function module Z5_W00_PROCESS_ORDER_CHG_SCRN must ha released before it can be called from the Internet. To run reports from the Internet, the modules WWW_GET_REPORT and WW must have been released.

You can release a function module in transaction SMW0. Have a look at note 371906 for more information.
