Multiple login for ESS

Hi

We are using ITS connected to R/3 for the ESS service. We have also the ISS. As for ISS, we don't have any issue on the login. We just need to login once and the programs (cookie) keeps the login details. As for ESS, for every single option that we select, we need to key-in the login details. We are trying to figure out a solution/fix this issue.

Any suggestion please?

Hi,

by default the SSO cookie should ensure that you do not have to login again, once you have logged in to pzm3. Check if someone disabled SSO cookies with parameter ~mysapcomnosso1cookie.
