Extremely Hot issue!!!

Hello Friends,

Request was to print the customer part# print on the packing/shipping label. This was done. But now it is not printing. This is an extremely urgent issue because we are getting several complaints from our customers.

check the verions of the program in DEV and PRD. Check if any new requests are moved to PRD overriding this logic.

Check in debug mode with abaper first if that field value is pulling or not to confirm any conditions failing.
