HI EVERYONE,
IN SHIPPING TAB IN THE CUSTOMER MASTER DATA, TRANSPORTATION ZONE FIELD HAS BEEN SET AS ONLY DISPLAY. I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE IT FROM DEFINE ACCOUNT GROUPS WITH SCREEN LAYOUT, HOWEVER IT DIDN'T CHANGE. IS THERE ANY OTHER CUSTOMIZING TO MAKE ?
Hi Sinan,
The transportation zone field actually belongs to the General Data View ->Address Tab -> Street Address Section. The one under Sales Area Data -> Shipping Tab is only for display purpose. The value entered in the General Data View would be displayed here too. All you can do is neither suppress it or display it in the Sales Area tab. Incase you want the field to be mandatory or optional you need to use the General Data controls in OBD2.

just to confirm, please do it as
1 . OBD2
2. select 0001 group ( hope your account group for this customer is 0001 only )
3. select sales data
4. select shipping
5. Now you will see these fields
1.Shipping condits/POD relevance
2.Transportation zone : Suppress Req. Entry Opt. entry Display
here select the kind of option you want and save it.
3. Default plant
4. Partial deliveries/tolerances
5.Order combination
6.Delivery priority
7.Rail specifications
And you have this same field in general data also. Pl check
hope it helps.
