SAP Solution Manager BP archiving

Hello!

I would like to delete BP. I have used transaction BUPA_PRE_DA, but I get next error:

Business partner 0000000751 still used in business transactions

Business partner 0000000753 still used in business transactions

Business partner 0000000757 still used in business transactions

I have used transaction BUPA_DEL, but I get next error:

Business partner 751 still used in business transactions

E CRM_BUPA 205

Business partner 753 still used in business transactions

E CRM_BUPA 205

Business partner 757 still used in business transactions

E CRM_BUPA 205

Moreover I can't archiving My BP with transaction SARA (I have used CA_BUPA archiving object).

Please, help me!

Why in trasaction SARA I can't see dependence CA_BUPA with CRM_GAP, for example?

And why in transaction SARA, in Network Graphic I can see only one archiving object - CA_BUPA (without conenctions with other archiving objects)?

What does it mean - business transaction? Where and how can I do it?

I'm using Solution Manager for Support Desk.

I think that your BP are assigned to some Service Desk messages and you must delete this messages or unassign this BP from this messages.

First you must delete business transaction which use this BP.
