QE51N Results recording does not work with close button

Hi All,

I have a problem with transaction QE51n, i am following this steps:

1. QE51N is calles.

2. Tab Inspection lot number is selected and 'Inspection Lot' field is filled.

3. 'F8' button is pressed.

4. Characteristics list appears.

5. 'Select all chars' is pressed, then all characteristics are selected.

6. 'Close' button is pressed.

7. Message 'None of the characteristics has been closed', characteristics are valuated with cero and their status change to 5 'Processign is completed'

8. Save button is pressed.

9. Message 'You have not recorded characteristic results for operation 0010' appears.

Please Can any one tell me why my results are not recorded?. Is it a customizing issue? If it is, please give instructions to check my customizing.

My SAP System is SAP ERP Central Component 5.0 .

Please record the results for your charectristics, then press close button. Then only it will work.

Hi,

You have to enter the characteristics results before closing them. For this select the required characterisitc & select details icon. Enter the characteristics results. Then the characteristics is closed either automatically or manually.
