Hi all,

We have to give a service at 100% free of cost for a particular value of services purchased by customer.

Eg: purchase of a service for a value of 100$ should allow the customer to get same service for 100$ as free.

Is it possible for service items? if yes kindly explain.

Hi Balaji,

Have a discount condition type with a routine assigned in the pricing procedure. In the routine check if the particular value of service has been purchased or not. Maintain the condition record for the condition type as 100%.

As a last option only we would like to go for ABAP development, before that can you tell is there any process like Free Goods in service? if yes kindly let me know.

Hi,

Create an Order of $200 value and give $100 as discount. Hope this will help you in mapping this.

Nice idea but Revenue account will hit with 200$ & discount a/c with 100$, we need entire 200$ should hit discount a/c.
