Hy Gurus,

I have an additional question. I learnt that it is possible to send automatic mails to partners defined as KM and KB in SAP R3 when a customer exceeds his/her limit and the sales person ignores the warning. What is the step by step configuration for this?

Hi

Heres the customization in details.

Path: SPRO/FI Accounting/Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable/Credit Management/Credit Control Account

1.Define and Assign Groups

2.Define and Assign Risk Categories

3.Define and Assign Credit Representative Group

4.Define and Assign Credit Representative – Partner Function KB (Credit Representative) and KM (Credit Manager) to Credit representative group. Here mention the Personnel nos maintained in your HR master records that correspond to KB and KM partner Fn.

Path : SPROàSales and DistributionàBasic FunctionsàCredit Management/Risk ManagementàCredit Management/Risk Management SettingsàEnter Settings

1. Configuration: Partner à Sales Document Header àPartner proceds à Assign KB & KM and maintain Source table as “A” for both.

2. Output Type: KRMLà Program:RSNASTSO,Form routine:SAPOFFICE_AUFRUF_VX,Med:7 SAPoffice, P/fn: KB & KM

3. Output Master Record : create output condition records for KRML cond type.

Hi...

In IMG - FInancial Accounting- Credit Management

1. After you create and assign risk categories to credit control area, next step is to assign credit representative groups to credit control area

eg:

001 -


CCA 1000

2. After this you ned to set up credit representatives

Cred Rep grp ( 001 as above) + CCA ( eg: 1000 as above) + Part Fn (KB) + Parner Counter + Copy Credit Rep into Doc (Tick it) + Personal No. (From HR master data) + Name + ID

3. Now when we run a sales doc the above cred rep with part fn KB and personal no. defalts to sales order.

4. In the output det - assign the output type KRML to the the partner fn KB ... and it is in the procedure V10000, so when a credit limit exceeds the mail is genrated to the cred rep - personal no. (as set above), mail id is stored under the HR master data of the personal no.
