T.Code for List of Customers.

Hi Friends,

Can anyone tell me with which T.Code we can see the list of all active customers

(that should not contain - inactive / duplicate / blocked / delete marked customers)

There is only one way out to your requirement and that is T-code:SE16 use table kna1.

I would like to know there is any other way out too.

Hi,

You can also use VC/2 also for your analysis on the list of customers. It will take time when you run the transaction.

You can try transaction for customers list.

run transaction se16, enter table kna1, enter, you will find general data of customers, extract to excel file, and modify as per requirement.

or run a query in transaction sqvi

Hi,

KNA1 will give all the customers, but those are marked for deletion should not come.

Pl guide me.
