Hi ,
For a script program,Print preview is printing fine. But there is a problem with print.
Its displaying garbage values for Japanese characters, which didnt have any problem in print preview. So wat might be the reason behind that?Any suggestions..
Hi SriLatha,
This is the printer error.. Just make sure that you have selected the correct printer.. in most cases, the MNCs which generates documents in muliple languages, create differenct logical output devices in the SAP system.
So, if you are working on a sap script that creates document in japanese, you will not be able to print it on your printer, but when your client will print the same on their printer, it will work fine.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Vikas Bittera.

To overcome your problem you should use unicode enabled printer... ordinary printer cannot print double digit characters... Check with basis for unicode enable printer setup.
