Cannot display dependencies in message mapping

Hi,

I used to see the dependencies between source message types and target message types but now I cannot see the dependencies. When I go to message mapping, the dependencies (drop down) is greyed out or disabled. Does anyone know how this could happen or how to enable it?

Thanks.

Hi~~~~

I think it's a problem about Java JRE Version.

Do you use JRE 1.6.xxx.?

It doesn't show dependencies.

I think it is an error.

Please downgrade JRE Version.

I don't think it is JRE because we've been using 1.4.2_7 and we haven't had any problems so far.

I hope ur Java WebStart version is between 1.4.2_X. If not, then please install Java WebStart 1.4.2_6 - 1.4.2_9

Why don't you try deleting you java webstart cache and downloading the jar files again.

1. Go to Start --> programs --> Java WebStart

2. File --> Preferences --> Advanced and here you will find an option to clear cache.

Is the button disabled even when you are trying to create new mappings.

I have JDK and JRE 1.6.0_02 which is the latest and I believe it comes with web start so I don't think there is any need to install web start separately?

I have same problems few days ago.

And at that time, my JDK / JRE version is 1.6.xx.

So I uninstalled that upgrade ( 1.6.xx ).

There is no problem that I use 1.5.xx or 1.4.xx.

Good Luck~~

We have different developers using different versions of JRE on their machines but all of them have same problem.
