Auto fax billing doc issue

Hi, all,

I want to set up a function in SAP, so that every time when a new billing doc is created, it can be sent to a designated fax number or mail box automatically.

1st: Can we set up this in Tcode-VV31

2nd: Can we create a partner in CMD to achieve this?

As sunil have explained I don't find any space to say anything as he has covered all aspects of your doubt. Now again if you find any issue after trying that please do come back.

Yes you can do that in VV31 billing output by going to medium and choosing it as Fax and in time tab choose the 4 option as soon as it is saved it will fax the invoice.

Do we need to set up a corresponding partner to state the fax number？
