SAP Easy Access Menu

Hello Experts

Is there some underlying reason that some transactions dont appear in the standard SAP Menu (Such as AS91 for example)? Is the absence of a transaction on the standard menu because there are so many T-codes? What are the concerns for adding T-codes to the standated SAP menu?

Will

Hi Willi,

To be sure that AS91 is not in the SAP menu, use tcode SEARCH_SAP_MENU.

As far as I know, the menu there is for "easy to use transactions" which the user will also be able to enjoy using without creating a headache for them, admins, trainers and developers.

AS91 migh not have fallen into that category for the author of this menu...

Some other options are a user menu for the asset accountants, or training the users who require access to such a transaction to add it as a favourite and then add 'AS91' to object S_TCODE.

Cheers,

Julius
