I met the following error during solution manager sr2 installation:

Phase 35 of 47 | create java users

My OS is REHL4 update 5 with MaxBD

Hi Lionel,

In sapinst_dev.log or sapinst.log you see something like:

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sap.security.tools.UserCheck

at com.sap.engine.offline.FileClassLoader.findClass

(FileClassLoader.java ......

Check note 1048824.

Whitch JDK are you using? have a look to note 1009962 also.
