Dear all

my server restarted automticaly within 2-3 days

server model prolient 580 g3 ,8 GB RAM windows 2003 advanced server with sp2,

i have comunicate with hp ,hp says this is the oprating system relatedproblem

please find the logs

when server restarted followings logs shown .

Please help how can resolve this problem .

Hey,

STOP 44's are generally hardware related, that being said,

(if this is a Compaq machine there is a known issue in CPQASM which is resolved in the latest softpak from them)

in addition, it is possible to analyze to dump using microsoft tools

this is the link to the tools:

it is possible to find the problematic dll, and from there its short way to find

the driver/device with the problem...

You seems to have hardware problems, the system is producing a bluescreen and rebooting. What you see is the post-mortem section of the dump created.

I suggest the following:

- update your server to the latest BIOS version

- update the firmware of the network cards and harddisk and if you have, storage controllers

If that does not help open a call with HP.

This is not a SAP problem.
