What is the significance of "Movement type 1-step" in Scheudle line category?

Hi,

This movement type is used for One step procedure

U can access the one step process from MB1B t code where u can directly post material from one plant to another plant in one step. if you use this movement type your material will not go through the status of "material in transit" where you have two step procedure, 1st step will be remove from storage and 2 nd step place in storage.

some of the movement types for one step process are 301,301E,301O,301Q,301V,301W.

move ment type--1 step means while posting goods issue in del plant , automatically good receipt will be done in receiving plant.

if you are not using 1-step process-- then you have to use 2-step process, i.e movement type 641 for GI and 101 ( in intra STO) will be used.

Movement ype mentioed is for 2 step pro
