hi Gurus,
Could sb tell me how to set the pricing scale for a product for different quantities.
Suppose a company a company sales 100 units at Rs.10 per unit. Then 200 units at Rs.9 per unit. Then how will we set the price for them?

Hi Rishabh,
it's very easy to follow you just go step by step,
> Go to VK11/VK12
> Then fill your condition Type, for which you want to put the scales. Then press enter.
[As in your case, suppose if you are considering pr00 as Rs.10 per unit if order quantity is 100 and if its more than 200 the price will be Rs.9 per unit.]
> Then you will be getting the pop-up of key combination. Select your key combination.
> Then put all the required data like material, customer or (depends on your key combinations.)
> Put the price (you need to give the unit here if your sales unit is not defined)
> Then go to scale, there is a blue icon for scaling( if you dont get just double click on the material, it will bring you to scales)
> Now you will get a screen where you can put the quantity on which you will fix the price. In your case
100- Rs.10
200- Rs.9
> Here it means the scale will be working only if it finds 100 or more quantity else it will take the general value defined in main screen.
> Now save and check how it works.
> If again you find any problem come back.

Hi,
<b>Go to VK11</b>- select your price condition type - select the key combination - select the material. Now select the line item - and click on 'scales' or press "F2". You will face a new screen. Here you will see columns like <b>'scale qty', 'unit of measurement', 'amount'.</b>
In the scale qty field enter '100' and for this qty enter amount as 'Rs.20'. In the next line in the scale qty field enter '200' and for this qty enter amount as 'Rs.9'. <b>SAVE</b> the record.
Now create the sales order and check the result by changing the quantities.
Reward points if solution helps.
