While trying to create a support message using Help -> Create Support Message, I found that I can't find component that I want in "Component" field. Is it possible to configure this field, such as input a customized component?

What do you mean by Customized component ? Can you kindly elaborate the issue ?

After clicking Help -> Create Support Message, first field of input window is "Component".
By selecting value of the field, you can choose appropriate component for the field. The selection window is a tree, root as "Application Components".
Sub-nodes are like "Application Platform", "Cross-Application Components", "Enterprise Portal"... etc.
We wish to modify/add/delete this component tree. Is it possible to do that?
