How to restrict access to the application monitors in the SRM web GUI?

Hi,

We have given access to the Application monitors for some super users to allow them to monitor shopping carts and be able to trace errors.

Please could anyone advise how you can restrict this access to be display only and for their own Purchase Organization and/or Purchase group?

I'm not familiar with this area and would appreciate any suggestions and a way forward.

Thanks & regards

Anders

Hi,

You can see the application monitors only for the "ADMINISTRATOR" roles(SAP_EC_BBP_EMPLOYEE/SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR).So you can create Z Administrator roles and assign these to the SUPER users in the org Structure so that only these Users can access/see the Application monitors in the Left hand side Menu in the SRM Web.

Thanks Disha for your fast respons!

I'm not sure still how we can achieve this since our requirement is to prevent superusers in one Purchase organization from viewing and/or editing shopping carts (e.g. deleting error messages) for another purchase organization.

Where can we define these limitations, is it in a authorzation-object or in the personalization of the users in t-code SU01?

Thanks & best regards

Anders
