Integration Builder connection fails

Hi guys,

I have the following problem for 4-5 days now: When I open IR or ID, it takes too much time to open and edit objects inside them (such as mappings, communication channels etc). It seems to me that the connection is too loose. And even sometimes the connection is suddenly terminated and a small pop-up window appears that asks me to re-logon. Any ideas??

try a restart of the server. Also check the log file and ask the basis team to monitor the log dumps in the server. At times it may consume huge space and give u problems.

I dont think Reinstall is the best idea ?

restart would be a gud idea..

If you face the same problem after restart you can raise a support message.

I restarted it through transaction SMICM, but no result.

This is a production system and it is very difficult to reinstall it now. But even if this is the case, how should this be happening??

Hi,

Ask your basis team to look into this..This is the connectivity problem.
