VA05- create layout and save for selection

Please explain how to created layout in VA05 and save it (why save button diabled?), and use it for the selection to run the report

img-sd-sales-lists-define list layout for sales orders- select parner indexes,select partner function and enter (if need run report RVV051vb to update existing doc)

go to list in cutomizing and select field selection and additional fields

my user complaining, she edited the layout va05, after that, closed the screen.. when open back the VA05, the layout format differ ready.. how the save the layout format,, please advice

If you wanted to save the list..under VA05.. use list-save option..

You cant do with ctr+S here.
