condition type R100 is activated , if we set prcing B in TANN- with cal rule is used for this to check this setting.

HI

If you grant free goods to a customer, you can implement automatic free goods determination. The system automatically create a free goods item in the sales order. The item is free of charge. For inclusive free goods, the main item is automatically reduced by the free goods quantity. For exclusive free goods, the quantity of the main item remains the same.

free goods in itself means that ...........giving goods for free of charge and this concept in SAP is all about capturing it in SAP.

ok and about the requiremnt 55 says ...

this is a requirment assinged to cond type R100 in reqt feild ( standard )

what exactly this says is as u knw the deffi of reqt in order to execute or activate this cond type in your priing proc u need to fullfill the reuirment ...

and this feild 55 goes and checks the item cat of the item ( TANN ) for fiels pricing and for TANN i.e free goods item pricing field in tem category vov7 would be B....

then if it B then activate this condtype ..............i.e R100 is activated and wht your R100 does is it gives 100% discount on the netvalue of item TANN,

hope this solves it----

Hi ,

A company has a free goods agreement with their customers. For every 10 cases of Product A that the customer buys, the customer receives 2 cases of Product B for free. From a pricing perspective, the user wants to track both revenue and sales deductions for the free items since Product B is also sold by itself sometimes in the sales process. To do this, the user flags the free goods item category with the pricing indicator 'B'. In addition, the user adds the condition type R100 to the pricing procedure at the point at which the 100% discount should be applied. The user also assigns requirement '55' to the condition type in the pricing procedure so that it only applied for free goods items.
