Hi,

I was not able to log on remotely to the destination SAP system from XI System, while the test connection is successful for the RFC Destination.

The Remote Log On to the XI System from the SAP System works perfectly fine.

Venkatesh

Hi Venkatesh,

What happens when you click on the Remote Login Button?

If you cant login you must be getting some error. Copy and paste the error.

U have checkd only connection test from XI to destination .

Chk the authorization test also.

Make sure user id n password mentioned in XI in correct & not locked in SAP system.

Hi Sushil,

Even if I dont pass my user id and password correctly, the remote log on option should take me to the log on screen of the SAP System.

If ur connction is HTTP or TCP/IP type then you wont be able to log on. It is true only for ABAP connections.

The user id which you have mentioned in RFC is a dialog user or communication user..??

It has the access S_RFC. The Test Connection confirms the same. But the Remote Log on should take it to the log on screen even if the user id/pwd is not given.
