hi,

pricing is controlled thru R100 condition supplied to the pricng procedure.

and we have

inclusive ( 9 + 1) ( here customer order 10 and split as 9 + 1 )

exclusive ( 10 + 1)( orders 10 and we give 1 as free )

without item generation ( conditin type is NRAB : here we discount of price equal to that one item which would be given as physically instead)

Hi,

<b>1. Item category for free goods is TANN.</b>

Go to transaction code VOV7. Here select TANN in that in the 'pricing field' there is no entry which indicates "no pricing." Beacuse of this when you configure for free goods and create a sales order then the main item will show its pricing but no pricing will be carried out for free goods item.

<b>2. Types of free goods in SAP:</b>

Inclusive free goods.

Exclusive free goods.

<b>3. Difference between scenarios:</b>

<b>Inclusive free goods</b> - Buy 2 get 1 free. In this the total quantity of goods delivered will be 2 only. You pay for one and get the other one for free. Both the main item as well as the free goods item will be the same.

<b>Exclusive free goods</b> - Buy 2 & get 1 free. In this the total quantity of goods delivered will be 3. You pay for 2 and get the third one for free. Also the main item and the free goods item are different in this case.

Hi

Pricing for For goods is controlled at Item Category level. In Pricing field of TANN it is marked as "B" nothing but 100% discount.

And aslo you have Two Codition Types

NRAB

R100

There are mainly Two Types of Free Goods are there

One is Inclusive Free goods

Other one is Exclusive Free goods
