Logon popup after logoff

Hi all,

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am using SRM 5.5 and have the following issue:

When I logoff SRM, I return my users to the logon page. However, while the box "application is shutting down..' appears, a logon popup box also appears. It happens mainly after you have loaded a screen that contains an applet, such as the approval preview page.

Note 888306 - Approval: Locks remain

Note 815870 - Timeouts in SRM

Note 787417 - SRM and internal ITS: Session cookie is retained

Note 751884 - Locks still remain when you exit the service
