Hi Guys,

Wht is the difference btw Consignment Return and Normal Return? What are the impacts on process?

Consignment is our stock lying at customers place. When we do a consignment fill up order, the stock is moved from Unrestricted usage to customer consignment. And when we do a consignment returns - the stock is transffered back from customer consignment to unrestricted usage stock which can be used for any further sales.

We do not give any returns credit to customer as the goods were never sold to customer.

In normal returns - the stock is already sold to customer and which we are taking back. In this case we need to give all the returns credit to the customer.
