User System Preferences Missing on Solid Edge Integration

Hello All.

I am observing a strange thing with respect to SAP PLM menu bar for Solid Edge Integration. I regisered the DLL's and the User/System Preference sub-menu pops up under SAP-PLM where I can do all the settings. I tried registering the DLL's on some other laptops and the strange thing is SAP PLM appears with all the sub-menus. All sub-menus just work fine, except 'User/System Preference sub-menu' which does not pop up when I click on it. I am clue less as to why it pops up on mine and not on other laptops.

Could someone kindly help, as to what might be the reason.

One more thing, I can see it under SAP-PLM on other laptops, but it does not pop up
