could not able to open transaction DB14

Hi Experts

when i was trying to execute transaction DB 14 we are getting the message

"Database system not supported for this function".

and other transaction like DB12, DB13 and DB02 are working fine

Environment: windows 2003,sql2005 and crm 5.0

please suggest

Hello,

DB14 is not supported for a SQL Server system. The valid monitor transactions are (at least)

ST04, DB12, DB13, DB01, DB02

What is your BASIS support package level and you kernel? Check, if you use the latest kernel.
