Futher to Srinivasas nice suggestion, I would like to add following:
Learning technology has dependencies. Ideally, theres nothing like starting career in ERP SAP as Technical Consultant. But, you are already into Functional Consulting. Thats fine. You have to postpone serious technical learning now (by that, I mean you should involve to certain extent only) and get into serious functional learning. If you try to learn both at a time you might get lost. Then, when you feel, you are Ok with Functional part you can jump start Technical learning and you can learn at lightening pace.
By Functional, I mean: SD, CRM Base Customizing, Sales & E-Commerce (Priority in learning should ideally in that Order - including cross module integrations)
By Technical, I mean: ABAP
Good Luck
