Status changes - cant go into support messages

I was busy with setting up user statusses and was testing. So I changed a few messages. but now when I try to open a message again I get the following message

"Document is being distributed - changes are not possible"

I cant now change back the status to something else..

How can I make these messages accessable again. Any way of getting past this message. I would like to confirm the messages to get them of my list..

Hi Johan,

I am getting the same error message after creating a Service Contract. When trying to switch the Service Contract from DISPLAY to CHANGE the following error message occurs:

"Document is being distributed - changes are not possible"

How did you resolve the problem?

Hi Latief,

I've had the same issue in the past with newly created status.

Here's how you fix the problem so it won't happen again.

Go to SPRO to your status profile, position your curser on your new status and click on Detail. Create new entries and then go find the entry that's 'To be distributed' and set the button Forbidden. This will solve your issue permanently.

The one that's already being distributed, I haven't found a way to unlock that one.

Hi everyone,

does really nobody know how to manually cancel this "message distribution", so that messages already in "permanent distribution" status can be edited again?
