Creation of Stock

I have created a new material. Now I want to do entire sales process. For this purpose I need to create some stock for the material. Pls explain how to create stock for a material.

By useing t-code--->MB1C

you can maintain the stock

enter --->plant

storagelocation----->f8

enter -

---

>material

quintity

Hi,

Use transaction code "MB1C" for creating the stock. Select the movement type as 561, select the plant in which the material is to be stored, select the storage location for the material. Press enter, here you enter the material and put the quantity required by you. Save it.

Your stock is created. Now you can create the sales order.

Hi

Use the t.code: MB1C and use the movement type as 561, enter plant and storage location and enter the material code and quantity and then save the document.

View the stock at MMBE for the updated plant and material.
