Hi Victor,

When you do this step

<b>Finally when i press in test do nothing... Howerever i continue with the other JCo at the same.</b>

you will get a message at the end of the screen just scroll down and I think we may get some clue there.

Hi Victor,

It seems that something wrong with your System or BC Message server configuaration.

Cross check all your settings once with the backend system.

My steps are:

- Goto to: http://clariana:50200/sld

- Technical Systems --> New Technical System

- Web AS ABAP

- SID: CER

Installation number: 0020069135

Database Host Name: netweaver

- Mesage Server port: 3690 (with the transaction rz70, in SAP, in msgsrv)

Instance Number: 90

- Add application server --> host name: netweaver

- Client number: 200

- Installed products: Netweaver

Finally appear this error: CIM_ERR_ALREADY_EXISTS: Instance already exists: SAP_BCApplicationServer.CreationClassName="SAP_BCApplicationServer",Name="CER.Number.90.HostName.netweaver"

but the technical system is create...

<a href="http://img340.imageshack.us/my.php?image=techiz0.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/1362/techiz0.th.jpg" border="0"/></a>

I configured a data supplier, i go to administration--> data supplier and add a new sld with the url: http://clariana:50200 with user Administrator

After, in http://clariana:50200/webdynpro/welcome/Welcome.jsp, my steps are:

- Content Administration

- Local

- Select the application (in my case: FlighList): <a href="http://img72.imageshack.us/my.php?image=flighfy7.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/7992/flighfy7.th.jpg" border="0"/></a>

- Select the first JCo Destination and press Create

- Change the cliente to 200

- Use local J2EE engine "J2E on clariana"

- Application data and Single server connection

- In application server only there is one... netweaver_CER_90

- Select method user/password. In user: Administrator, and the password: ******

Finally when i press in test do nothing... Howerever i continue with the other JCo at the same.

I execute the application but... <a href="http://img256.imageshack.us/my.php?image=errorgb0.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/4756/errorgb0.th.jpg" border="0"/></a>

Can you see something stranger?

Hi Victor,

Try removing your BC Message Server and configure a new fresh one.

1. Now create a new BC Message Server and give all relevant parameters as discussed before.

Add these 3 groups in Logon Groups

PUBLIC

CUA

SPACE

<HostName>

<Message Port>

Name Format: SAP Standard

Service Name: sapms<SID>

Status: OK

Save

While you return back to Adminstration tab just confirm that your server is in running status and if its stopped then start it.

2. Now point to this system while creating your JCOs.

3. Test your JCO.

Try doing this.

Give all the parameters mentioned in previous reply and your appropritate host name and port number.

Hi Victor,

Name and caption you can give anything. Message port you can get from your R/3 system using transaction rz70 and hostname should be your backend application server name.

Ok, but now not appear message server when i create a new jco destination...

Victor,

Also create a dedicated R/3 system for your backend system.

1. http://<servername>:<portnumber>/irj

2. system Administration> System Configuration> Portal Content> select your folder> Right Click New System--> Select Dedicated R/3 System.

Provide details of your backed system here too.

System Name

Application Server

Port

SID

Client

Language

After doing this, select system alias from the drop down and give an alias name to your system and then see does your BC Message server appear in your list or not.

I don´t undertand "select your folder", i don´t create any folder before...

Victor,

You can either select an existing folder or can create a new folder with some meaningful name and proceed with the steps. Folder would be just to categorize your data.

Former Member

http://<servername>:<port number>/sld

select Administration-->Content Maintenance

In the drop down select BC Message Server

It would give you the list of BC Message Server available

Select the one that you used while creating your JCo Destination

Inside this just check the MessagePort : Try giving 3600 or contact your Portal Administrator for this

Now save the changes and then try to run your application.
