I think PIP is not related to ccBPm (XI related)

Rather, it is related to business process for trading partners.

PIP is nothing but a standard used in Rosettanet communication - http://www.service-architecture.com/web-services/articles/partner_interface_process_pip.html

It has nothin to do with BPM.
