history menu for every object (message mappings etc)...

the history option allows allows you to recover deleted objects ( with a workaround though ) as shown in this blog,

Versioning

You can use the portal drive to work with versioned files. This includes enabling and disabling versioning of a file, as well as viewing the version history of a file. Versioning can only be done on files, not folders.

Hi Friends,

I would like to get more details on webservice versioning for SAP.

For Microsoft we hv the below site.

Do we have any site/blog/document for or XI webservice versioing?

The versioning details which I required is for webservice, but not for the objects, files or folders.

The versioning u r trying mention doesnt seem to fit properly in current XI architecture.

However, in PI 7.1, once the Enterprise Services are handled in XI, versioning will come into picture. This could be much properly be seen as an SOA initiative.
