How can I configure pricing condition so that I can enter price manually in sales order for some material and for other material it should take through condition records.
Regards
Rajesh
hi rajesh,
It is simple. we can control it in the functionality of condition type (TC:V/06)
In the area "changes which can be made" select'C" inthe field Manual entries. and Tick the fields Amount/percent, Value, etc., which u want to change during the sales order entry.
During the order process after entering the line item the system calculates the pricing. Then u go to item level and condition tab pages there u find valid condition types and their values. If u want to make change the price of the material u can do it manually by changing the value. Then the system recalculates the net value based on the changed price.
reward if helpful

hi,
1. step:if you want to maintain manual pricing condition, juz go and maintain the manual option in your condition types, there is an option like automatic and manual. select the appropriate one to meet ur requirements.
2. the manual entry is always possible even if you maintain the condition records, it will over rule by double entering the key.
juz check it and see.
reward points if it is useful.
regards

hi,
for that particular condition type in customisation " under manual entries - maintain it as no limitation". Also under the pricing procedure for the same condition type don't tick the manual or the mandatory box.
If you maintain a record the sales order would pick it, if you don't maintain the record you can enter it manually.
Hope it helps.

Hi Rajesh,
You need to maintain in the condition type with mannual changes has priority 'C'.
Then secondly just maintain condition records for this condition type for the required material to which you want to automatic determination
Do not maintain the condition records for the material for which you want to put condition rate mannually.
as well, if you wanted to have this condition value always i.e. if this condition type is mandatory in pricing then do activate Mandatory tick in Pricing Procedure for that condition type.
I hope this will help you.

Anand.
well in v/06 in manual entries put no limitations and ... maintain cond records for those whcih u want to trigger price manually and dont maintain for which u want to enter price manuall in an order .
in that case ...u can enter manually in irder.
hope this solves it .

hi.
in the pricing condition for manual entry, select in the conditino type controls at V/06 > as manual entry has priority.
and in the pricing procedure V/08 for that condition mark it as manual.
so even if condition records are maintained still the system would look for manual entry.
for automatic determination. Just maintain condition records and select manual entries not possible at V/06 for that condition type. And also mark this as mandatory if you need it for sure.
Thanks
