about stock initializing and PGI

thanks every body for giving suggestion and i rewarded

1. yes i closed 2007/8 and 2007/7 period using MMPV

2. system date is todays date.

and i have created new comp code ABC in IDES. but for company code 0001 or 1000 there is no problem while initializing stock. well is there might be a problem in controlling point of view? pls suggest any solution

Hi KP,

In MMRV, check if it says current period is 09/2007, then you can't do anything lse but wait till next month. If current period is 08/2007, then check for settings again in OMS2, OB52....

Hello Krishna,

First check the settings in T code OMSY.

Check for the quantiy updatin for Plant & material type in T code OMS2.

Please pass the error msg so that v can analyse the problem. I am also working on IDES. I wld check if it occurs with me also...

As for my understanding before creating the material go to OMSy assing the 08/2007 for your company code that will fix your problem
