How to download stack from SAP Marketplace?

Hi,

At present we are using Windows server 2003 service pack 1, to upgrade it with service pack 2 I gone through note 1043592. I found that I have to download patched version of NTCLUST.SAR from SAP Service Marketplace. Problem is that I don't know how should I download this?

Can anyone give me steps to download

Hello Rajesh,

If you have an OSS id goto the download basket and first download it to your desktop by clicking on "Get Download Manager" -> follow the instructions and choose as per your OS.

install the download manager - > click on "Next" -> chooses by default all path.

after installing it. goto Programs -> download manager -> click on next and its asks for the OSS id and PW .

Enter the details and you are ready to download from service.sap.com

you can change the settings by going in

View -> Download Manager Configuration -> change and save it.

But where I found the file NTCLUST.SAR

I mean I suppose to check stack for the same or is there any other option for search
