Mult. Item in SC not going for sourcing

Hi ,

I am using SRM 5,0 with extended classic scenario .

I have an issue that I am creating Shopping cart with multiple item of same prod. category .(Say three line Items)

When I keep on Hold/Ordered than out of which for two Items PO created in held status and one (First) gone for purchaser worklist for sourcing .

But all three items should go to sourcing where only one has gone .

Hi sachin,

Check if any contracts exist for the other two line items which are directly going to P.O Held status.Check in the shopping cart if the vendor is already assigned for those line items.

Hi Sachin,

Have you checked the configuration setting? Are your product categories specified in the sourcing configuration Step?

Define sourcing for product categories?

Pls assign points for usefull answers !

Hi Sundeep,

I have alredy mentioned that all line items having same pro. category and

setting is alreay there that's why one line item going for sourcing .

Hi,

Are you sure all the 3 line items do not have a source of supply assigned to them?

Also depending on your configuration for sourcing the items are tranferred to the work list

1.) Always Sourcing?

2.) Never Sourced?

3.) Sourcing only for items without source of supply? - Is this the option you are using?

If yes then check your other 2 line items.

Pls confirm the same
