updation of table ,dataelement from 4.6 to ecc 6.0

in my project i have to Combined Upgrade & Unicode

Conversion of object how we know which table& data element have to change.

what is the process or step and any utility for updation . apart from this if any one know any book or link for specific this please send me

Well I would start with the unicode conversion. This can be done with the usnicode conversion guide on sap's website: service.sap.com/unicode@sap and service.sap.com/unicode.

These sites should set you on your way. Once done I would look at the ecc6 upgrade guide at service.sap.com/swdl.

the 4.6 version in non unicode only.

you have first upgrade to a unicode enabled version and then migrate to unicode.
