According to me, we can check the following thing by using the T.Code PFCG.

How can we look the changes in a particular role for period

Is there any other procedure for checking the same?

Please advice...

SUIM->Change Documents->For Roles

if that is not available then you can look at change docs for the profile associated for the role

You can check the changes in a perticular role through SUIM T-code.

SUIM -> roles -> Roles by Complex Selection Criteria

or

suim -> change document.
